Spoken English Day 6 – How to Use He and She for Male and Female Animals

कई बार हमें जानवरों के नर या मादा के सही नाम नहीं पता होते हैं।
ऐसे में आप he या she का इस्तेमाल करके आसानी से और अच्छे से बात कर सकते हैं।

👉 इससे सामने वाला समझ जाता है कि आप नर जानवर की बात कर रहे हैं या मादा जानवर की।

Animals already have masculine (नर) and feminine (मादा) forms:

कुत्ता / कुतिया

बकरा / बकरी

शेर / शेरनी

बाघ / बाघिन

घोड़ा / घोड़ी

1. Dog

He dog → Male dog ( कुत्ता)

She dog → Female dog (कुतिया)

Sentences:

He dog is very strong. – कुत्ता बहुत ताकतवर है।

She dog is feeding her puppies. – कुतिया अपने बच्चों को दूध पिला रही है।

The he dog is barking loudly. – कुत्ता जोर से भौंक रहा है।

The she dog is sleeping. – कुतिया सो रही है।

I love both he dog and she dog. – मुझे नर और मादा दोनों कुत्ते पसंद हैं।

2. Cat

He cat → Male cat (नर बिल्ली)

She cat → Female cat (मादा बिल्ली)

Sentences:

He cat is very lazy. – नर बिल्ली बहुत आलसी है।

She cat is looking for her kittens. – मादा बिल्ली अपने बच्चों को ढूंढ रही है।

The he cat is black. – नर बिल्ली काली है।

The she cat is white. – मादा बिल्ली सफेद है।

I saw a he cat in the garden. – मैंने बगीचे में एक नर बिल्ली देखी।

3. Cow / Bull

He cow → Bull (सांड़ / बैल)

She cow → Cow (गाय)

Sentences:

The bull is very strong. – बैल बहुत ताकतवर है।

The cow gives us milk. – गाय हमें दूध देती है।

He cow helps in farming. – नर गाय (बैल) खेती में मदद करता है।

She cow is very gentle. – मादा गाय बहुत शांत है।

I saw a cow and a bull in the field. – मैंने खेत में एक गाय और बैल देखा।

4. Lion / Lioness

He lion → Lion (सिंह)

She lion → Lioness (सिंहनी)

Sentences:

The lion is the king of the jungle. – शेर जंगल का राजा है।

The lioness hunts for food. – शेरनी भोजन के लिए शिकार करती है।

He lion has a big mane. – नर शेर की बड़ी अयाल होती है।

She lion is resting under the tree. – शेरनी पेड़ के नीचे आराम कर रही है।

We saw a lion and a lioness in the zoo. – हमने चिड़ियाघर में शेर और शेरनी देखे।

5. Horse / Mare

He horse → Horse (घोड़ा)

She horse → Mare (घोड़ी)

Sentences:

The horse runs very fast. – घोड़ा बहुत तेज दौड़ता है।

The mare has a long tail. – घोड़ी की लंबी पूंछ होती है।

He horse is brown. – नर घोड़ा भूरा है।

She horse is drinking water. – मादा घोड़ी पानी पी रही है।

I like to ride a horse. – मुझे घोड़े की सवारी करना पसंद है।

🐦 Birds (पक्षी)

1. Peacock / Peahen

He bird → Peacock (मोर)

She bird → Peahen (मोरनी)

Sentences:

The peacock dances in the rain. – मोर बारिश में नाचता है।

The peahen lays eggs. – मोरनी अंडे देती है।

He bird has colorful feathers. – नर पक्षी के पंख रंग-बिरंगे होते हैं।

She bird is sitting on her eggs. – मादा पक्षी अपने अंडों पर बैठी है।

I saw a peacock in the garden. – मैंने बगीचे में एक मोर देखा।

2. Hen / Rooster

He bird → Rooster (मुर्गा)

She bird → Hen (मुर्गी)

Sentences:

The rooster crows early in the morning. – मुर्गा सुबह जल्दी बाँग देता है।

The hen lays eggs. – मुर्गी अंडे देती है।

He bird is red and white. – नर पक्षी लाल और सफेद है।

She bird is feeding her chicks. – मादा पक्षी अपने बच्चों को खाना खिला रही है।

We have one rooster and two hens. – हमारे पास एक मुर्गा और दो मुर्गियाँ हैं।
