Spoken English Day 10 - Subject, Verb and Object (In Hindi)

 

1️⃣ What is a Subject? (Subject क्या होता है?)

Subject means the person or thing that does the action.
हिंदी: Subject वह व्यक्ति या वस्तु होता है जो काम करता है।

Simple words mein — jo kaam karta hai, wo Subject hota hai.
हिंदी: आसान शब्दों में — जो काम करता है, वही Subject होता है।

Examples:

I eat mango. (Who eats? → I → Subject)
Ram plays cricket. (Who plays? → Ram → Subject)
The cat runs. (Who runs? → The cat → Subject)

You can also say:
Subject batata hai ki sentence mein kaam kaun kar raha hai.
हिंदी: Subject बताता है कि वाक्य में काम कौन कर रहा है।

2️⃣ What is a Verb? (Verb क्या होता है?)

👉 Verb means the action word — jo kaam dikhata hai.
हिंदी: Verb वह शब्द है जो काम या क्रिया को दिखाता है।

It tells what the subject is doing.
हिंदी: यह बताता है कि Subject क्या कर रहा है।

Examples:

I eat mango. (Eat = Verb → action of eating)
Ram plays cricket. (Plays = Verb → action of playing)
The cat runs. (Runs = Verb → action of running)

🎙️ You can also say:
Verb humesha batata hai kaam kya ho raha hai ya kaun sa action ho raha hai.
हिंदी: Verb हमेशा बताता है कि कौन-सा काम या क्रिया हो रहा है।

3️⃣ What is an Object? (Object क्या होता है?)

👉 Object is the person or thing that receives the action.
हिंदी: Object वह व्यक्ति या वस्तु होती है जिस पर काम होता है।

Simple words mein — jis par kaam hota hai, wo Object hota hai.
हिंदी: आसान शब्दों में — जिस पर काम होता है, वही Object होता है।

Examples:

I eat mango. (Eat what? → Mango → Object)
Ram plays cricket. (Plays what? → Cricket → Object)
She reads a book. (Reads what? → Book → Object)

You can also say:
Object batata hai ki kaam kis par ho raha hai.
हिंदी: Object बताता है कि काम किस पर हो रहा है।
